Hi, I’m Tertia. I’m a mother of four, a girl at heart, and a trauma-informed holistic health coach. I specialize in gut, hormone, and metabolic health—and I help women reconnect with their bodies, shift their habits, support their nervous systems, and remember who they are.
But first and foremost, I’m still on the journey myself. After living through trauma and PTSD, I realized that the conventional paths just weren’t made for someone like me. The turning point came when I stopped trying to fit into broken systems—and started listening to what my body and soul were really asking for.
That shift cracked something open. I began to heal—not through hustle, but through small, sustainable, deeply personal changes. Along the way, I met other incredible women doing the same.
PureRepubliq Network was born from that shared journey.
This space is for women who are ready to live more naturally, more honestly, and more in tune with their true selves. It’s for those of us who are rebuilding—our energy, our rhythms, our sense of enoughness—and want real support while doing it.
